Coach Azmil
Hello my name is Tan Meng Azmil, i have been part of BE a Champ for almost a year. I was formally a player in my youth but i was plagued by illness as a child. But through this sport I learnt valuable lessons that i could apply in any aspect of my life. I chose to be a coach because i wanted to inspire others through the spirit of sports and help others find their life lessons in this sport as well. That is why i chose BE a Champ because its learning is centred around the student. That is why i would always recommend Badminton to every child and BE a Champ is the company to be in ! Cheers !
Coach Douglas
Hey there everyone! This is Douglas. Badminton is a sport that I truly love and believe that it is very rewarding not only in terms of physical growth but in many aspects of life as well. As a once competitive player myself, I have always thought that badminton is all about just winning or losing the matches that I've participated in. But how wrong I was and in a positive way, I've learnt and gained many values through the wonderful and tough times I have shared with my team mates. This sport has given me a proper level of discipline, spontaneity, a courageous heart, a confident spirit and a positive attitude. All these values have shaped me into the person I am today and I hope that as a coach, I can impart these into my students, create a big impact in their lives and they can carry it with them in their future endeavours.
